Hey, I’m Kristina
Neuroscience and Psychology Grad. Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics (2027). National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (2026). Helping you thrive through sustainable wellness strategies.
I blend deep scientific knowledge with lived experience. Having personally lost 40+ pounds naturally while managing Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), I intimately understand the physical and emotional struggles involved in making lasting lifestyle changes.

I believe in the power of collaboration to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes. As an extension of your team, I immerse myself in your wellness vision, long term and short-term goals. We work closely together to develop a sustainable plan that fits your lifestyle. Neuroscience-backed strategies and motivational interviewing skills to help facilitate change. We will Identify your strengths and help you develop a plan of action that feels organic, enjoyable and manageable to you. You will be in the driver’s seat, and I will be in the passenger seat. I help you tap into your intrinsic motivation while being right in your corner to support and guide you through your wellness journey.
Agenda
I will start by co-creating a wellness vision for your future goals, which will be broken down into long term goals (3 months) and short-term goals (smart goals). The goal is to lean off some of the unhealthier choices without overcompensating or replacing with another unhealthy habit. Through the process, I will help you acknowledge your own blind spots, hindrances, withdrawals and food noise. Most importantly, I will help you enjoy your wellness journey. Change begins the moment you fully accept where you are.
